CVO has been great for us - no regrets in moving to their system. However, I wish we had requested more training as we are now paying for support for many things we could probably do for ourselves. I also recommend  you request every report you may ever need during implementation/conversion so you aren't trying to figure out their system of tables when in a hurry for data.

The State Bar of Nevada began using Euclid & CV for our membership database in November 2018. It is now April 2019 and we could not have asked for better software or support. Euclid staff was under a tight time frame for our first data conversion and met every deadline. As we move forward adding departments, all deadlines have been met. Their team/staff have been very thorough and they know the software inside and out. They listen to our needs, make appropriate changes and often offer a better solution. Additionally, they don't stop at 'good enough'. Euclid staff are constantly offering to make any changes we would like to help the system become even more user friendly and often doing so while we are on a go-to meeting. I can't tell you how many times they made changes and said, "refresh your browser" and the changes were immediate. I will try to remember to update my review in late 2019.
