This system was recommended to us by our website provider and we have had nothing but problems since we first used the system. We are a trade association and the system we have won't allow us to adjust from an individual to group membership processing. Also, in the membership function, they have told us that we can't structure an automatic membership renewal process, only if members opt in to the process, which seems completely outside of the norm for any AMS. Outside of that, the process to join using the Abila store is so complicated, we have lost potential members who have stopped midway through the online application process because it was so cumbersome.
