Experience with an older version kept us form upgrading

We used Protech for years. We found the customer support to be very good. Our issue was that we were on a very outdated version of MS CRM, that locked us in architecturally. A full upgrade of CRM was going to be necessary in order to use more of the tools that Protech offers. Since we needed to do a full upgrade, it only made sense to evaluate other options, and in the end we migrated away form Protech and MS CRM.
