We are an association with just under 1000 quite demanding members. We tried another provider and were quite disappointed with the service. The staff at Timberlake, in contrast, has been prompt and effective. They have a consistently fast response time, a willingness to find ways to adapt the software to our needs, and a remarkably cordial and supportive tone in dealing with our staff.
