I am really enjoying the Fonteva platform and the ease that it has brought to managing our association. The best feature by far is the ability to look up names and see popular nicknames show as well. Such as Dave for David. That helps to be sure that you are capturing the right member and since it is so quick there is less time fumbling around. I have been happy with the tools we have been given and am excited for future rollouts such as the Lightning experience for users.
