Frustrated with Service

We use NetForum Pro and they recently forced users to change their credit card processing company. This forced changed was given at the end of the year with little time to implement. Besides this lack of service to their customers, I also find the AMS hard to use, not user friendly. We are small and maybe it is great for a larger association with more people to manage, but for us it is not easy to navigate.
