We especially like how customizable netFORUM is while still supporting upgrades. Upgrades are still a lot of work with a complex system but we are overall very pleased. The partner network is an excellent way to extend the functionality of the product. We also like how easy it is to integrate with third-party systems. Avectra was acquired by Abila and I have been very impressed with the rigorous and robust approach they take to software development and especially quality assurance. The product to date has had more than a reasonable number of bugs. They are committed to changing that. I expect to see major improvement with their next release.
