We are using netFORUM 2015 as our AMS. We have been on the netFORUM platform for over 8 years. As our company continues to go, we feel that we are outgrowing the netFORUM platform. Add to this the changes with the netFORUM ownership/leadership we are now at a point that we feel we have to explore other options. Since Abila has taken over the netFORUM platform from Avectra the customer service has continued to decline. It often takes a considerable amount of time to have bugs resolved. They also need to choose a better process for tracking client development request, project management, and bug resolution.
