We chose MemberMax because it would provide the features our association needed at a modest price. We got what we paid for! The user interface is not terribly user-friendly, and our staff has had to implement a lot of creative work-arounds to get the software to do what we need it to do. The customer service personnel for the vendor, while they are willing and try to be helpful, are not at all talented at conveying information to human beings who aren't IT professionals. However: the system works, we don't experience much in the way of downtime, we have the features we absolutely needed to have, and the cost remains modest and affordable, especially in comparison to other vendors.
