We have been using Timberlake for over 5 years now. They really fit the needs of our organization - small staff with a small budget. Plus, Timberlake is constantly working to improve both their products and customer service - staying relevant in a fast changing technology environment.

The implementation went well. Later, we had some customer service issues as the company grew, but they have added more staff and customer service has improved. We have gotten to know a few key staff and they are wonderful to work with.
