It’ll almost be a year since we’ve made the switch to MatrixMaxx and we are extremely happy that we did. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, and we love that everything’s web based and we’re no longer tied to a desktop application. A lot of functionality comes standard out of the box, and there’s the ability to customize certain elements further to a certain extent. Their modules are much better than our previous AMS, and we even have a couple additional ones that we’ve never had before (e.g. online store). Reporting is good, but hope they will add more features in future to help streamline our process even more. Upgrades occur every quarter and they’re automatically pushed to all clients. Overall, the Matrix team is a great group to partner with that will listen to your feedback and will do their best to help address your needs.
