My association went live with Impexium in 2016 transitioning from Personify. The changes on the new platform were great for association operations. Sometimes the program can be slow if a lot of staff are in the system at the same time but the Impexium staff is really nice and responsive to concerns and help. The product itself is very easy to use. My tip would be to take your time in the implementation and sales phase to make sure you are building out what you want.
