The MatrixMaxx AMS system is one of the best I've ever seen or worked with. Every new staff person I've trained is surprised at how quickly they learn to use it, and how easy it is. It does a great job of giving us one central place to track all of our interactions with all of our customers. And Matrix is always improving their core product and adding more functionality. I refer to Matrix as not just a vendor, but as our partner. They are quick to respond to any request to changes or bug fixes. And they will even tell us when they think our latest idea may come back to hurt us in the long run. Great database, and amazing company to work with!
