The AMS landscape is evolving rapidly. With the ever-changing nature of technology, older comments can sometimes provide a skewed view to the person seeking feedback. Archived reviews are more than 60 months old, and aren't counted towards the average five star ratings or percent recommended.

The biggest drawback is the system's inability to be customized or integrated with other systems. It holds down our daily operations well, and does the job. But web customizations are clunky and require knowledge of the (very limited) 4D scripting language. Web security features are embarrassingly sub-standard. Data cannot be imported to the system by users. Any integration with a 3rd party must be done by the vendor for a significant fee. It's an older product that is having a hard time keeping up with the current technological landscape. Our small organization (12 staff) has outgrown this.
