Improving but still lacking QA

we have been with Timberlake, now Naylor for some time and we have started to see a lot of improvement with the site and customer service but we still see issues with Quality Control. If an update is made, something else is usually effected. We usually find out by having members call us. Communications have improved as well but the limitations on what we can do with AMS is really where we get frustrated.
