We've been using netFORUM Enterprise for 5 years. There are many, many, things you can have it do for you, that are not part of baseline, but the trick is having resources to either do it or to manage a vendor doing it. Overall great flexibility and ability to grow system to your needs, but it was a long learning curve for us to get to a place where we could manage many customizations on our own. Support has been inconsistent. Sometimes totally fine, other times not. Recently acquired by Abila, there is a lot of promise in the shortcomings getting addressed, but yet to be seen. Overall I would recommend it, but definitely assess your needs and your resources because if you plan to take advantage of doing things that are not baseline, you'll either need staff or vendors to dedicate some time to that.
