It just serves its purpose. It seems that for processes that I think are standard to an association it can't be done or requires customization. Developing queries is not intuitive and requires an advanced degree. The ability to integrate with our accounting system (Dynamics GP) is awesome. To be completely honest, I am not sure some of our issues relate to the manner in which it was setup years before I started.
