We have been using Abila's Netforum Pro since 2011. We are a trade association with about 1000 members and staff of 8 (I went through the implementation many years ago. It was an improvement over our super out dated AMS we had at the time (Peopleware). So we've been with Netforum for a long time. It has worked for us but there are pain points. We are in the beginning stages to explore if there are better solutions to fit our needs. 

Our biggest pain points - we are a trade association and eweb process is clunky. Not super intuitive for members who have to create a full individual profile then an organization profile if they want join online. It's alot. 

Another pain point is we do all our registrations through Abila for our events. Similarly it's not a super easy process for our members to register themselves online. 

I still learn new things about the system so there is a lot that it does but making something fit for our association takes some creative thinking.
