I'm the new ED at a small association that has been using CV for ages. When I came onboard, we were running a very old version of the software, and had pieced together a kluge of different outside software tools in order to keep our website running, and serve our various other association management needs. At the time, our IT costs seemed exorbitant so I began searching for an option to upgrade our AMS while reducing the number of different vendors we were dependent upon. After a quite comprehensive search, we wound up right back at Euclid's CV. We made the time investment to upgrade to their newest offering, rebuilt our website on their content management system (with really great support from their team), and found that they already had most everything we were needing additional vendors for (job board, product sales, file distribution, surveying tools). We're still learning some of the bells and whistles, but are optimistic that we'll be able to do our expo hall floor sales, e-mail marketing, etc... all within CV in the not too distant future. In short, we're saving money and gaining capability by reducing our number of IT vendors and really embracing everything CV can do.
