I should start with a disclosure that I am biased on how YM has been used and setup at my association. I am relatively new her and I am sure half of our troubles are from the implementation flaws and lack of knowledge on functionalities available. I loved the fact that you can have daily Q&A with YM staff, it really helped me to discover all the hidden treasures of automation we can use. We are looking to replace YM, however, due to lack of integration with our ERP (Intacct) and lack of customization (i.e, payment methods by Member type). Basic Reporting and macros' setup is another hurdle.
