Marketing Director avoids using AMS at all costs

While the platform is extremely robust, getting to the data in an intuitive manner is laughable. Some problems can be blamed on our internal structures, but even those in the office that are fully trained in the AMS still struggle to build the reports/events/registrations they need. ...and forget about trying to get a usable web interface presented to members and the public.
