You need an inhouse IT department for this software. It's completely customizable as long as you have the staff to configure, otherwise this can be costly to integrate and maintain. Custom workflows that have been created for our organization will be randomly broken after and update from Microsoft meaning that each day could be different than the last.
There is no built in logic. You have to think through each and every step you implement. This system would be great for an organization that has a team devoted to planning business processes, workflows, updates and writing SOPs. Otherwise do not waste your time.
