I have been very satisfied with the upgrade to the new Memberclicks platform, but there are a few areas I would still like to see improved. We do utilize the blue question mark to submit ideas whenever we run into an issue or see an area where the platform can be improved. I will also boast on the MC technicians...Many of our ideas have been implemented! It is very nice to know that they take into consideration how their product works for us as a single organization and they will make a change that maybe someone else is struggling with, but has not suggested.
