We transitioned from Abila to MemberSuite in May 2015. The onboarding and training were tailored specifically for our organization and staff. I absolutely loved the one-one Champion training onsite in Atlanta. This gave our key staff to get hands-on training after we had went live. No system will ever be 100% perfect but the thing that we love with MemberSuite is their commitment to customer service. Our first show that we went live our CSM called us everyday onsite to make sure that were not having any issues. It was extremely comforting to know that even on a Sunday they were watching our data and system for trouble. We also love their continued innovations and forward-thinking. We are a very techy staff and require a system to continuously look for better more efficient ways to do things. All-in-all we are very happy with our move and look forward to many years with MemberSuite.
