The over all system is clunky and disjointed. Querying and reporting on data requires skills and knowledge of the database structure that go well beyond the capabilities of the average user. The user interface has limited customization options. There are limits to the number of user definable fields that can be created and no calculated fields. There limited to no features for maintaining or correcting data issues. Web interface for members is hard to navigate and administer. Customer services is horrible. I have been waiting for over 2 months now on resolution to an open ticket. I can go on and on, but all will unfortunately be negative.
