While NetForum does a lot and was probably a great application years ago, it is stale, hard to navigate and it certainly is not user friendly. Every task that should take seconds takes many clicks. Creating reports and queries are very difficult, as only some data seems to be available in the menus. It seems to me that they just keep piling on instead of enhancing their platform. Using Explorer you need to switch between compatibility mode and regular mode quite a bit just to get buttons and features to display. Memberfuse, the online community, doesn't sync up completely with the main databse, so when a member changes their contact information we don't caputure it. I'd like to see an AMS that is more forward thinking - making the user experience mobile friendly (is that even forward thinking anymore?), integrating an association mobile app, etc.
