There is a lot to NetForum. It can probably do anything you want it to. But help yourself by changing your workflows to match NetForum instead of customizing the software. It will save you time, money and headache. The customization won't be 100% of what you want anyway (most likely).

I would say it is close to being everything I need, but always just a little short.
