NetForum Pro is an acceptable product, but be aware that it is an out of the box solution. Not much in the way of modification and integrating it with websites, outside vendors can be complicated and expensive. I am saying I would not recommend this based on the lack of flexibility and the upgrade path is uncertain (in my opinion). The customer service is like most--good when you get a knowledgeable person. Support is good as well--when you get the right person. I have been mostly pleased.
