NetForum Pro not able to handle our needs

We have been using Avectra (Abila) NetForum PRO for about five years, and it now feels five years out of date. Their support, which was great under Avectra, is now becoming less responsive and personal. We have actually been unable to get ahold of the person who was helping us update our SSO integration with our website for several months. It handles the basics fine and we have configured it to meet our basic membership needs, but ultimately it isn't showing the potential to grow with our association.
