We have had the Abila Netforum Pro product for over 2 years now. In general the AMS works as it should. It is intuitive in most areas. Where it is not intuitive there is ample customer support and training videos to help staff figure out answers to their issues. Implementation was seamless. In terms of up time, as a hosted app we have not experienced an outtages or loss of data. Management of financial data is reliable and efficient. List management and opt-out services works well for us. We are now realizing that the shopping cart feature is not very customer friendly and are looking at how we might improve that customer experience either through additional customization or through an additional software component. We are also doubtful that the certification module is going to meet our needs and may begin looking at external options here as well. Having used other AMS systems in the past, Netforum Pro is much easier to implement and use on a daily basis. I would not hesitate to recommend this system to other associations.
