I am new to NetForum Pro but not new to databases. During my membership career, I have used Aptify, iMIS, Raiser's Edge, NetForum Enterprise, and now NetForum Pro. I am quite surprised by NetForum Pro because I was such a big fan of NetForum Enterprise. The system is not intuitive. Even something as simple as trying to link an organization and individual or vice versa is difficult. Adding a membership is also not intuitive. e-Marketing messaging is not customizable with customer information. Integrations are limited. We will be moving to another platform within the next year.
