I've been using Zoho One for several businesses and have set-up some functionality for association management.   I am evaluating other "true" AMS options to see if we need something else or if this is a good option.  I thought people should know about it.   They charge by user/employee.  For small staff associations, it is very price competitive.   For others, I still think it's a value.  

It has CRM/Database,  subscriptions (membership invoicing) as well as full bookkeeping, event registration, webinar platform, project management,  discussions (not 100% sure if this is a good alternative for an online community and more.   Their email marketing is pretty good and they could also host your association email.   They have document management (we are considering this for member resources).  

They have very good customer service and have helped me to customize a lot.   

We are at the point where we are going to buy an AMS or continue to expand Zoho as it as already done a lot of what we need. I can update this if we choose that route.   I think depending on your needs it could be a good option.
