Since Abila took over, NF pro has become more reliable. Many problems have been addressed. They have not had as much opportunity to bring new features or improve ease of use. It does not seem to be intuitive to my staff and most are afraid to wade in and try things or just assume that features are not there. They are very good at offering introductory webinars on the basic features but I would like examples of opportunities that I may have missed. We register members and conference attendees and take their money successfully. Other than that we use very little of the possible functionality
