Nice Features but where's the support?

Pros: Great features - if you have a year or so lead time to figure out how to use them. If long wait times for responses are your thing - go for it. Cons: Customer service - we transitioned in March from IMPAK. Our PM was more interested in getting her piece done to worry about what was best for our organization. I requested a report in March and it now practically July - still no idea where that report is or the status after several attempts to follow-up. Role: I'm the administrator Time Used: Less than 6 months Frequency Used: Daily
