Overall, Nimble AMS and NimbleUser are great to work with. The system is built on top of Salesforce so there are a lot of 3rd party apps available in that work with the platform, and it's very easy to find developers that can help you. It's easy to use and training our staff was not an issue. NimbleUsers customer service department is execellent and very responsiveness.

My only reservation is that it seems that Nimble's work load has not been able to keep up with their growth. This has led to several delays on some additional projects once we went live.

Overall, I would recommend the product because it's lightyears ahead of our previous product, and it seems that Nimble is investing in additional resources to keep up with the demand.
