We're a nonprofit state association whose members are other nonprofits. We've struggled in past years with tech and really wanted to DELIGHT our members with an amazing user experience. MemberNation does just that! We're very happy with the outcome! The only issue we had was during implementation. This was a huge investment for us and we sometimes felt that Fonteva didn't get that, for example, they tried to charge us $$ to bring our new account rep up to speed on where we were in our implementation. That just didn't seem right! Overall, we're happy with the service and with the product and committed for the long haul!
