NetForum feels like a dinosaur now.  It is not updated very frequently and can be difficult to understand and use.  Customer service used to have an online chat but that is no longer supported.  The query area has thousands of options that you may never be able to figure out and custom queries cost money.  Overall, we've not been very happy with the product and have been looking for options that are more up to date and have better resources that we need.
