Novi is my fourth AMS experience
I started in the association space in 2008. I was hired in part to immediately take over an AMS implementation project of Personify for that association. Since then, I have worked for a software vendor before returning to my current association as an IT Director. Novi is my 4th AMS to work with, and by far, it's been the most positive experience to date with any AMS. Novi's customer support has also far exceeded any previous AMS, and they have provided some of the best customer support of any technology vendor that I have worked with in my 40 year IT career.
