Its affordable but this AMS will prove to all that you get what you pay for. For small staff groups that have limited IT or custom issues, it could work. We have added quite a bit since we started out a few years back and as the years go on, the service gets less and less. There is no usability testing done when they make upgrades or changes so customers feel the full effect of problems based on how your system is customized. Their fixes are slow and they prioritize based on number of complaints. So you better be a squeaky wheel. The knowledge of association management from these developers is sub par. Still can't print an invoice from the system. Their fix, and I quote, "Copy paste the electronic invoice onto a word document." More recently (2014), we have not been able to cancel any payment in the last few weeks because when you cancel and want to charge a registration or app fee or cxl fee, it will auto refund entire amount even when it looks like it is working. Yup...weeks and they haven't figured out the issue. Now customers who purchase items on our website are required to login. This is fine, but in the last month customers who logged in after selecting items have their carts stripped of all product selected. Their temporary fix...and I quote, "Have all customers login first." I said, "How do they find their product?" "They will have to word search for the product they want." Estimated time of fix is December 2014....3 months???? Really? Really. I am serious. The system is easy and has good automation, but if I have this much trouble with getting customers to give me money, you have to wonder if this is my breaking point. Probably.
