Our association has been using Avectra's netFORUM Pro CRM database for 4 years now. It did take some getting use to at first. Many of the issues we were encountering was due to "user-error", not the database. Therefore once you master all of its' features and actually utilize it to its full potential, it is actually a pretty good "out-of-the-box" CRM. This is not to say we haven't encountered issues, however no system is perfect and so be prepared to apply some "creative solving" techniques to work around certain limitations. After all, it is an "out-of-the-box". If you're looking for a more robust system, then I would recommend Avectra's Enterprise, which of course is fully customizable. However be prepared to shell out the big mula ($$$)!
