Proceed with caution
After implementing and using four different AMS packages over several years, it's no surprise that there is no perfect package. All of tips and recommendations suggest to consider the organization's needs carefully. The decision to select Euclid was based on the key requirements for an AMS that could handle accreditation and certification program management. Not surprisingly, significant customization was done. What was surprising was that set-up is not intuitive, documentation has limited value and staff turnover (over the past few years) has negatively impacted the quality of customer service.
