Our Association implemented netFORUM Pro about a year ago and we've had multiple issues moving with ease of use, customization and simple usability.  The platform claimed to be very customizable, yet every inquiry we've made to customize templates as simple as an invoice are impossible.  There is no way to import webform data into the system, and the overall registration process has glitches for individual vs. group registrations.  The API cannot truly communicate with our front-end website, and the system is overall very restrictive.  

Our finance person is extremely disappointed with the accounting module, though during the demo phase was assured specific features would work when in fact they do not. 

In addition, we were pressured into implemented the address verification system which in theory is an excellent idea - to standardize "Road" vs "Rd" vs "Rd." - but the system changed every single "PO" or "P.O." Box to "Po" and Southwest or SW to Sw.  Clearly their verification system is not checked with the US Postal Service standards and there's no way to "undo" the changes.  Going forward we must manually override and edit the addresses which further adds to the issue of standardization.

Overall, the product is clunky, unintuitive and a great disappointment!
