Protech is difficult to use and difficult to get support for

My biggest problem with Protech is the lack of documentation on all features. They have a 300 or so page manual, but it doesn't cover any of the important features your staff will use. Getting access to how reports are set up and being able to modify reports is next to impossible. You're stuck paying thousands to Protech or using reports whose criteria you don't even know.
