In general the database works well and can be customized to work better for your association. The staff at Protech is typically very prompt at responding to requests for assistance. However, there are instances where their solutions have taken months to complete (because they can't identify the source of the consistent issue), or you ask for clarification or ideas for a business solution and they simply send you the users manual - this is very frustrating. We consistently (every 1-2 months) have issues with our website functionality caused by data communication problems. Upgrades are expensive and difficult because they must complete each customer's upgrade individually.
