Avectra provides a wonderful system that is extremely comprehensive and can be user friendly with mini staff modifications. However, when a problem arrises conflict resolution posses a significant challenge. The turn around time for a response was surprising slow and most of the time the proposed resolution wasn't even close to a solution. The challenge which one would assume could be a simple solution began becoming a communication breakdown. Most of these types of issues began to pileup and devour staff time. Time which was slated and planned to be utilizing the existing wonderful options that the system provides. This in turn created a jaded staff to a system because they could not resolve the challenge making our association being perceived by members and the board as being non-responsive. This manifestation of lack of conflict resolution opened the door to the board questioning if we had the right system and invested in the right partner AMS.
