We are actively looking for a new AMS now. Our experience with this system has continued to go downhill over the years (we implemented it in 2009). It just has not kept up with advances in technology and is not meeting our needs. It is not intuitive or user-friendly and we cannot make it do what we want it to do. Vendor is very slow to respond, and wants to charge us unreasonable amount of hours to make even the smallest changes to system.
