The Protech AMS solution is built on top of Microsoft CRM. Protech has provided many great parts but is held back by Microsoft development at times. We do like 95% of the system. We just want to do more, more quickly to keep up with what our members expect from technology today. This is a solid system and one I would recommend. As with any AMS system, be sure to clearly understand your processes, including items that only happen on occasion. This helps ensure you have the system you need. The drawback I see is that the system can do so much and I wish there where more training sessions available - to train the trainer. Protech provides lots of webinars, on demand information and a great user group. But it would be helpful to have training for "how do you do x in the system" for administrators at a nominal cost, or better yet - as part of owning the software.
