We were one of the early installations of Team and Pro. Many of the systems that we were shown and sold were Enterprise applications so I must admit that tainted my overall view of the software and its capabilities. The system was originally designed for individual organizations, not trade associations. While not impossible to make it work for us, it caused many issues in setups and working around our processes. My greatest continuing frustration is with "customer service" and updates to the existing system. First, "customer service" is not a term that should be used by Avectra. Many cases are logged that never get any response other than something to the effect that we will look into that. There are cases that are still not cleared from 3 years ago. The new system, however, may be more disconcerting. The case is replied stating we will add that to another issue #x and we are closing your case. It is sad when a software company says that they are updating their software and you cringe! This should be a "YEAH" - with Avectra, it's an "OH NO". Software is not tested before release. You never know which or how many of your systems will no longer work. Case in point. New release about two weeks ago. We (Avectra Pro users) have hundreds to hundreds of thousands of dollars of credit memos on our members/customers accounts. They (our members/customers) can see those credits and use them if they choose to pay bills. These are phantom credits. Who of us can afford either to give up the money or have a customer service nightmare saying this is a software error. They are still working on the "fix". If you do decide to go this direction, please verify that your internet browser is the correct system and version. Mac users, this is probably not a great option for you.
