While MM is reliable and has given us the ability to store historical information, it is far from cutting edge. In fact, it doesn't even keep up with basic technology. It offers websites but no mobile friendly features, any programming you need has to go through their developers and it'll cost you, implementations like making the software Windows 10 compatible is charged back to the customers ($5,000) and just try getting them to initiate monthly payment options. While the basic AMS software is decent, the poor customer service and behind-the-times supporting software leaves a lot to be desired.
