I am very new to my Association and I'm a new user of this AMS. I just learned more about the company and software on a recent group call. I reached out to a sales person and learned that the software has been around since 1989. That revelation confirmed my suspicions as to why it is slow, cumbersome, inflexible and outdated. The limited staff that still support it are terrific and do what they can to accommodate us. We just recently and unofficially that this product will be sunset much sooner than we will be prepared to research, purchase, convert and train on new AMS for our Association. Of course they want us to transition to their new platform, Impexium. I am now doing my initial research on other software databases for our Association to compare their "new" software option.
